The real quality is in what you do not see.  All of our homes have the "Thaxton Tornado Package" which includes bolting the framing to the slab with foundation anchor bolts and securing the rafters with hurricane straps.  We also use engineered foundations, top choice lumber, heavy rustic timbers (our specialty), Tyvek house wrap, foam insulation, ACME brick and much more. 

Your happiness as a client is our main focus, and for that reason, you can be as involved in the home building process as you want.  We can work hand-in hand with you and one of our architects to design your home, you can choose one of our plans or bring us yours.  From there, you can have access to our vendors and designers in order to choose many of the details that will make the home yours.  

Regardless or your involvement, you can be assured of superior quality in every measurable way.  We will meet and exceed city building code standards and all EPA regulations even when a certain county does not enforce them.
